A new highly insulated house using structurally insulated panels (SIP) on a rural site in Otaki with large decks on two sides and a sheltered courtyard. Careful work by Greenaways Ltd resulted in a high level of air-tightness and we look forward to seeing how this home performs now that the clients have moved in.
