Phase 1 of this project was completed by Matt Brew Architect in the mid 2000s. This entailed building a large extension nestled into the dunes at the back of the site. Phase 2 was intended to replace the existing house, with a gallery to link up the two elements. We were engaged to develop Phase 2, based on the concept by Matt Brew Architect.
